Remark: This Auto-Pilot toggle only controls Daily Workflow below (social posts, blog articles, market analysis) — it does not start or stop Email Outreach Autopilot (Auto Send, Auto Followup 1/2, Auto Crawl Data, inbox monitoring). Those have their own independent switches further down and keep running regardless of this toggle's state.

Wednesday — 1 blog article based on the week's most-discussed Workplace career topic. No word count padding — write as long as the story needs.
Every day — Scan Workplace (Stack Exchange) for AU/NZ career discussions, generate reply drafts for high-value questions
Every day — Automatically crawl for new leads and generate personalized cold emails
Stella draws from: System Prompt + Boss Instructions + Knowledge Base + Feedback Log + Content History to produce unique, high-quality output.
Email Outreach Autopilot
When enabled, Stella autonomously sends emails, follows up, and manages client status. Each toggle is independent — enable only what you're comfortable with.
Automatically crawl Seek, TradeMe, Indeed & Workplace for new leads and posts
Automatically send personalized emails to all new leads with verified email addresses
For emails never opened: auto-send a gentle bump after the interval
Second bump for still-unopened emails — after this, client moves to Cooling
Auto-send the fresh-angle re-approach once a never-opened client hits Cold Restart days
Auto-send the warm follow-up once a client opens 2+ times without replying
Auto-send the high-intent follow-up once a client clicks a link without replying
